Compassionate Senior Caretaker Needed: Cambridge, MA

About the job

We are looking for a compassionate caretaker for our 77-year-old father who has Parkinson's. Experience caring for seniors, specifically those with physical limitations is preferred. Primary responsibilities include assisting with transfers from bed to chair, repositioning as needed as well as aiding with basic activities of daily living such as feeding, dressing, grooming and toileting including perineal care. He is immobile and requires total care. The ideal candidate will have some previous healthcare experience. Rate commensurate with experience. Position days/hours: Monday-Friday; 11 a.m. start time requested with flexibility on end time (between 3-7 pm).
