Care Needed For My Grandmother In Louisville

I'm looking for assistance with my grandmother. She is 80 years old, has dementia, and has good mobility. If you have experience with dementia care that's great, but it's not a necessary requirement. Looking for someone to provide her with companionship for a few hours a day, has their own transportation - as sometimes she may need to run a few errands here and there, but not an everyday thing. Some other things I'm looking for is meal preparation as well as medication prompting, as she forgets to take it sometimes. My grandma enjoys listening to music and having a good conversation (she really loves Luther Vandross and Sam Cooke!). Please feel free to reach out if you are interested or have any questions!
