About who needs care: Its my sister who lives alone and in congestive heart failure. Shes also wheelchair bound due to spinal problems. She doesn't do much. Just needs companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping. About the care needs: Shes very outgoing, so need someone who likes conversation. Just light housekeeping and help getting meals.
