I need a companion care for my father in his 70s. We're primarily looking for someone to provide companionship, take him out for coffee, play cards or to run an occasional errand. He lives on his own and would just like to visit with someone and do more than watch tv. We have a housekeeper so there's no heavy cleaning, but occasional light housekeeping also requested (empty trash or quick broom sweep). We're looking for some help preparing snacks or light meals on occasion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and okay with a cat. Preference is Tuesday and Friday most weeks for 2-3 hours, but we are flexible and can work around schedules and things that come up. You can choose time of day. Need your own transportation and ability to lift 35lbs - he has a light/compact mobility scooter for trips out of the house.
