About who needs care: Hi. My dad Richard needs a full-service shower twice a week. He broke his neck a few years ago, and can't reach with full mobility, the areas to be cleaned. He is also prone to falls, and needs help in and out of the tub. We are hoping you would be okay powdering him, applying lotion, and a barrier cream. He will need help getting dressed About the care needs: A CNA degree would be great, but necessary? I don't know.
