About the job

About who needs care: Mom has dementia. She is high functioning primarily because she has lived in the same house since 1972. She will not take meds so they must be crushed and given secretly. She doesn't cook or clean. She goes outside frequently and will not be able to get back in or will not be dressed appropriately. I leave early Monday morning and return between 12p-1p on Wednesday. I am looking for coverage Mon 5:30 a.m. through Wed 1 p.m. After the holidays I will be home late Tuesday night instead of Wednesday afternoon. About the care needs: Happy outgoing excited goofy and willing to look and listen to stories about Mom's things, but able to give space when Mom is out of sorts and difficult Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, basic hygiene and companionship.
