Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Des Moines

I am looking for a in-home companion for my mother in her 50's. She was recently diagnosed with brain cancer, previously she was independent and had no issues. Now her mobility is ok, but decision making is hard for her, and sometimes she can't remember she is a little bit limited mobility-wise (neuropathy in her right foot), and can't go up stairs or walk around unsupervised. My dad and I are looking for someone who can hang out with her, provide companionship, and just keep an eye on her. The most physical help she may need is help changing out her depends diapers, which she can mostly do on her own. She is very sociable and easy to get along with! My dad would like to start going back to work part-time, so right now the role is afternoons (12-5), 3-4 days a week, although this can be negotiated. We would pay $20-25 an hour
