About who needs care: 79 yo had heart attack 11/2. 2 wks in hosp, 1 wk in rehab. Now home. Has full blown gout in both feet and left arm. Unable to stand, walk or reposition himself. Apparently gout meds were dc'd during hospital or rehab stay. Needs help with self care & moving. All bedrooms and full baths are upstairs, so he is unable to use them. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
