About who needs care: Breast cancer survivor who is legally blind. Ambulatory with walker. Rarely to almost never incontinent. She needs assistance with meal prep medication reminders ( twice a day medication from a pill box) and occasionally with personal hygiene and dressing. A home health aid comes into home 3 times a week for bathing and skin care. About the care needs: Quiet conservative. Specialized skills not needed at this time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing. Preference for a caregiver who is female.
