I need a kind and enthusiastic senior care provider with experience for my 84 y. o. Dad. He has mild/moderate dementia and uses a walker for short distances. He has a transport wheelchair for community use. He is very funny and chatty and has a lifetime of fascinating stories he enjoys sharing. He lives with his still very active Girlfriend who has a busy schedule - and needs a break from caregiving. A great match would be someone who would find it fun to take him somewhere for an adventure! Like. a wheelchair ride through a store or a park, or even around the block to count lizards. Fixing him some lunch and helping him w/exercises are also needed. Mostly- he needs someone to chat with. He's still filled with curiosity and is great fun to hang out with!
