I need senior care provider with experience for our active vibrant Mom in Sawgrass- Ponte Vedra Beach. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
