Companion Care Needed For My Father In South Gulf Cove Near Placida

I need a companion care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my father who is 91 years old. He is currently stage 4-5 alzheimers. Has a great sense of humor, has his cognitive abilities intact, but has a memory loop of 1-3 mins. He is very physically capable of walking with a cane or rollator/walker. Takes walks several times a day. Seeking someone to provide companion care, a listening ear and be a talking and walking buddy who is good at engaging. Also need occasional simple meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who can live in his reality regardless of how often he repeats himself. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Can arrange for consistent 2 days per week for 4-6 hours per day and we can discuss other possibilities.
