About who needs care: Uses a walker, has had multiple hospitalizations over the past 2 years. Mostly from falls. About the care needs: Meal prep 3 days a week and bathing. Warm friendly attitude. Mom has a great sense of humor and is very sharp mentally. Shes just weaker by last hospital stay. She is currently in a rehabilitation facility. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
