About who needs care: My father is a dialysis patient, diabetic and needs care. He has congestive heart failure and kidney failure. About the care needs: We need someone who can help him with his daily life. Plan out meals, take him to dialysis with his car, lay out his medications and ensure he takes them, make sure he wears his BIPAP at night etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
