About who needs care: Started dialysis three times per week . Need transportation to dialysis and pick-up and when take home to check my sister get in doors and have a small supper. About the care needs: understanding of dialysis, diet and encourage as much independence as possible. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
