Companion Care Needed For My Father In Preston

About who needs care: My father is by himself all day. He recently tripped over his dog and fell and fractured a couple ribs. He likes watching tv, old shows, boxing and football, he likes watching his birds. He is mobile but has a lot of back pain so is not all that active. He has an appointment or two a month that he could use transportation for. It would be nice to have someone come in and do some light housekeeping, laundry (maybe a load a week) some meal prep but the companionship/someone checking in on him would be nice. About the care needs: He might like to talk sports but mostly keeps to himself so someone that could interact with him but also work independently if he is not in the mood to socialize. I don't think any special skills are needed other than perhaps driving. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
