About who needs care: Balance issues and memory loss. Requires assistance to walk to and use the bathroom. Tries to climb out of bed, so the overnight person would need to get her to the restroom. About the care needs: We have existing care during the day from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. We either need someone from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. (Monday through Friday) or we'll spit it into 2 shifts (5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. - 7:30 am). Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
