W-2 position only through HomePay. My mother has Alzheimer's. She's physically able but needs reminders for bathing, changing clothes, eating full meals, and taking medication. She used to enjoy photo albums, reading, walking, restaurants, kids, and conversation but is now withdrawn and sleeps a lot. We need someone warm, patient, and upbeat to encourage her to get up, dress, eat well, walk, and join simple activities. Resistance is part of the disease. The right person can build trust, use gentle humor, and handle repetition. Duties: transportation, meal prep, errands, light housekeeping, and companionship.
