About the job
Seeking a "daily life and affairs" companion 5-10 hours/week for our mom at Smith Ranch. Assistance refilling medication in a Hero pill dispenser is needed. Please be Very Good at helping to call, schedule and write down activities in her calendar with other residents as our Mom's short-term memory is increasingly gone. Additional responsibilities include transportation to/from her hairdresser appointment on Tuesday's in Mill Valley, and doctors appointments in Marin and SF. Please run errands as needed with and without her. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, and who is fun and well-dressed. Our Mom likes to be social, to invite her 'companion' to lunch at the Smith Ranch Grill, to meet her friends, but she has to trust and feel proud about her companion. Our mom is fun and smart. Weekly hours likely to go up over time.
