Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother With Alzheimer's In Sacramento

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. My dad cares for her day and night but undoubtedly needs a break. We are looking for some part time assistance 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. More hours possible. This would be motivating my mom to get up and walk outside, assisting with her getting dressed, assist with showering, preparing lunch and encouraging her to eat, some light housekeeping, and just talking to my mom or getting her to play games or do activities. Schedule is 10-2 or 11-3 but can be somewhat flexible. My dad will use this time to run errands, go to the doctor & pharmacy, so reliability is critical. IHSS provider preferred or willingness to become an IHSS provider. Rate for Sac county is $18. 75/hour.
