About who needs care: My stepfather is highly intelligent and lucid, no memory or cognitive problems. He has been highly independent, making meals, going to chess club and farmer's market. recently he has fallen several times and balance is off, having dizzy spells and it seems like a lot more trouble with making meals, walking his little dog, and getting to market. He has care during the week from about 9 - 3, Monday to Friday but needs help on weekends and perhaps on some evenings. He is mobile but has an electric scooter and van for errands. We would prefer a kind and soft spoken woman, not bossy or intrusive and decent cook and able to drive and walk a super sweet small dog (not a lot- like 5 minutes a couple times a day)- light housekeeping. Good at tech a plus!
