Care Giver Companion Care For My Sweet Mother In Napa

I need a caring and compassionate care giver companion for my sweet mother who is 89 and have lived alone in her Napa apartment since 2009. She recently fell and is currently at a skilled nursing facility receiving PT/OT rehabilitation. She has always been very independent but now needs help with bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication monitoring, light housework, laundry, and a companion to talk to and watch Netflix with. Discharge date from skilled nursing facility is tentative depending on her progress, but may be in about 2 weeks. I'm her son who lives in southern California and I am currently staying at her apartment and need to find a care giver ASAP. Thank you!
