I need daytime care for my bed bound mother in La Canada from some time between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. today!! Now it doesn't have to be 8 a.m. start time or 9 p.m. end, just if we can get a good chunk of that time period covered that would be fantastic. I have a night caretaker coming at 9 p.m. Duties include *checking vitals every 60-90minutes, changing, repositioning, feeding, etc etc. *** Focused on having today covered **** but this definitely has the opportunity to become recurring. My dad and I have been caring for her for the last few months of her advanced leukemia. She was discharged from the hospital after 2. 5 months in the hospital, which is when she became bed-bound. We will be doing a very special thanksgiving here with some family members, and we will be helping you out.
