Assistance needed for Client: 1. Brushing teeth & floss after breakfast/lunch 2. Taking patient to commode/change diaper (~3 times) 3. Speech worksheets/ipad (~ 30 minutes) 4. Sitting PT exercises (~10 minutes) 5. Sit next to client while he eats Housework needed for Client 1. Wash breakfast/lunch dishes for client 2. Hang client's laundry (~10 minutes) 3. Sweep/mop client's room, bathroom floor, eating area as needed
