About who needs care: This will be for my mother. Short term memory is failing. Otherwise pretty healthy. She was in retail for years so loves going to the mall and other stores. She was also a CNA who helped people in the end of life stages. Looking for someone that can 'hang out' with her. A little help at her apartment. Run errands with her. Be a new friend. About the care needs: Someone outgoing with a fun loving personality. Ability to not get frustrated when she can't remember what she said 10 minutes ago... Being out and about. Good conversationalist. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship. Preference for a caregiver who is female.
