Seeking an adult care/special needs provider with experience for a 27-year-old male with Autism/Intellectual Disability. Care responsibilities are: Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation to and from activities for companionship and social interaction. Individual requires supervision and assistance throughout the day, with functional life skills. Paid weekly through the AL waiver. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent. Will need to provide your own transportation and transport the individual to outings. Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Pay range $20-$22 an hour. Start date is flexible, as early as July. Target date is August 1. Fulltime and part time positions available.
