Searching for a very thorough house cleaner with initiative and a lot of attention to detail. I own a Victorian (read: lots of woodwork) multi-unit homr and we use 2 of the apartments: one is a large 2-3 bedroom 1 bath and the other is a small 1 bedroom 1 bath, connected by the back hallway. Looking for someone to come in and do an initial deep clean and then maintenance cleaning every 2-3 weeks. This would entail bathroom cleaning, sweeping hard floors, vacuuming (incl. couch), mopping, 1x/year wall washing, kitchen cleaning (incl. oven, fridge, appliances), cleaning stairways, dusting (esp. baseboards/sills/cornices/blinds/light fixtures), making beds (no laundry), window washing (2x/year). Also possibly interested in help with Organization (beyond standard tidying). I can supply all cleaning products and equipment. MUST BE INSURED.
