Very organized home with minimal decor items on surfaces. We keep our house tidy throughout the week so we are really looking for someone to do a good weekly clean that includes dusting surfaces (including baseboards, light fixtures, blinds, picture frames etc), quick clean of cabinet fronts, quick clean of counter top appliances, vacuum, mop (house is all hardwood floors except stairs), vacuum couch, clean bathroom (including shower), clean kitchen, change sheets in master, clean mirrors. Once or twice a year we would love a deeper clean in areas like windows, cast iron radiators, and behind stove which we would compensate for. House will always be tidy prior to cleaner arriving. We have two small friendly chihuahuas so must be okay with dogs ( one is a little afraid of the vacuum and will probably just hide the whole time). Additional needs include bringing your own supplies (detergents, etc) and bringing your own equipment (vacuum, etc). Services Needed: Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning.
