We are older couple. We may need to be driven to appointments on occasion. We are looking for a live-in person to work 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. M-F. We would provide a furnished apt. with private entrance (or unfurnished if you wished to furnish it yourself) with all utilities (including WiFi) included. The house with apt overlooks Falls Lake. Since living on site would be a condition of employment, the value of this amenity could not be taxed as income, though your wages/salary would be. I couldn't indicate the hours in the format Care. com offers so I alternated the hours each day on the format provided, but we would offer 40 hours a week. While our house needs to be cleaned, organized, de-cluttered, etc,, meal prep would be important for us. I am a retired professor; my husband is still a designer/developer.
