Searching for a great house cleaner. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Can you provide your own equipment? This is for a rental condo so cleanings would be based on check in and check out dates so dates could vary. Cleaning would often have to be between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. as those are the check in and check out times. Cleaning would include mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen, oven on as as needed basis, clearing and cleaning out refrigerator after each tenant. Taking trash out. Checking supplies for next tenant. Stripping bed linens, washing and replacing after each tenant. Washing towels and replacing after each tenant. Cleaning couch/chair covers as needed. Other items may come up as tenants are always different.
