House Manager / Housekeeper Wanted

About the job

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper/house manager who can work 8-12 hours a week. Your main responsibility would be tending to the home, cleaning, tidying, organizing, laundry, pet clean up, and main household chores and duties. This would include things like monthly appliance cleanings (fridge/stove/dishwashers,) and as needed tasks like organizing the pantry, organizing the garage, organizing bedrooms, doing laundry as needed, and house manager tasks like accepting packages, granting access to any contractors for the home like landscapers, plumbers, handyman, etc... And maintaining the overall condition of the home. Our home is brand new. We spent 2 years building it and have finally just moved in and want to make sure we take care of it. It is 4400 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We need help with all tasks in the description 2x a week. Intuitive, self starter, takes pride in their work, punctual, detail oriented, always willing to learn new things, and treats others the way they want to be treated.
