Home In Glendale With Small Friendly Dog Needs Bi-weekly Basic Housekeeping

Our home has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, office, den, 1 bedroom, 2 full/1 half bathrooms. We also have a game room in the garage we would like vacuumed and dusted. We need basic housekeeping (vacuum, mop, dust, bathrooms, kitchen, trash, etc) every other week. We are looking for someone efficient and conscientious, and hopefully someone who doesn't mind a dog around! Our street requires a parking pass, which we can provide. There is also no-pass-needed parking just around the corner. We have an energetic cavalier king charles spaniel. He is extremely friendly and affectionate and just wants to say hi and get to know new people in the house. He likes to follow everyone around, but we can keep him out of the way during cleaning times. He sheds a lot, so that is a large part of why we need a housekeeper's help.
