Home In Glendale With Small Friendly Dog Needs Bi-weekly Basic Housekeeping

Our home has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, office, den, 1 bedroom, 2 full and 1 half bathrooms. We also have a game room in the garage that we would ideally love to have vacuumed and dusted as well. We need basic housekeeping (vacuum, mop, dust, bathrooms, etc) every other week. We also have a small dog who sheds, so there is a lot of pet hair to clear up. We are looking for someone efficient and conscientious, and hopefully someone who doesn't mind a dog around! We always keep him out of the way during cleaning but he likes to say hello at first. Our street requires a parking pass, which we can provide when a housekeeper arrives. There is also free, no-pass-needed parking just around the corner. We have one cavalier King Charles spaniel. He is extremely friendly and affectionate and just wants to say hi and get to know new people in the house. He likes to follow everyone around, but we can keep him out of the way during cleaning times.
