Escondido estate on 2. 5 acres needs a manager who doesn't mind sometimes getting DIRTY and being around animals (wild or otherwise). Litter-boxes, dog messes, Dusting shelves to light landscaping, unique skills (culinary, carpentry, etc.) are welcome. On-site housing is available, so please state if you're interested in residing here at least 46 weeks. Private bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen available -- except for 6-8 weeks per year when it's not (these times can be used for vacation -- or partial kitchen accommodations will be made available.
