Looking For A Regular House Cleaner / Baby Sitter For A Family Living In Calabasas Area

We are looking for a House Cleaner / Baby Sitter for our growing family. We have one toddler (and another baby on the way). We have no dogs or pets. Scope: The area for regular cleaning is the main house. It is 1800 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also a 200 square foot ADU bedroom and detached garage & office are that would less frequent cleaning. Requirements: You must be comfortable around small children, and ideally you'd be interested in childcare / occasional babysitting, too (separate from cleaning services). Preferred Cleaning Schedule: At least one day weekly 6-8 hours to start, with a pathway to grow into multiple days per week. We are flexible on the day and time of the week. Preferred Childcare/Babysitting: To be discussed further, but could be daily.
