About the job
Afterschool care centers arent working for us because they are too structured. Our oldest has been diagnosed with ADHD and our middle will be tested soon, and getting through the school day is about all the structure they can handle. They are smart and strong willed and would benefit from someone with experience working with non typical learning styles.
