Were a warm, organized family in Washougal, WA looking for a dependable and caring Family Assistant / Household Manager to join us full-time. The role blends childcare and home managementhelping our two school-aged children with morning routines and one full weekday of care, while keeping the household running smoothly during the day. Hours are MondayFriday, 6 a.m. 2 p.m. , with consistent daytime work (no nights or weekends). We value reliability, kindness, and initiative, and were looking for someone who will truly become part of our family. Duties include light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, errands, meal prep, and creating a calm, supportive environment for the kids. Pay is $21$28/hr DOE, with paid holidays, PTO, and W-2 payroll. Applicants must have a drivers license, background check, and strong references.
