We're somewhat newly a family of 3. Our 6-month-old is an independent little lady who thinks she is very funny. She's not a huge cuddler and just wants to be free to eat all cords that she can reach. We have a 70lb dog who lays around and lets our girl crawl all over her and kick her in the face. With the West Seattle bridge closed both of us will be mostly working from home and will maybe go to the office once/week once things open back up and we're comfortable. We used to have her in daycare but it's up by the bridge and we've realized that being home with her can be sustainable with some help. Our biggest drawback is that she won't get as much social time but would love her to have trips to the park and we're happy to host play dates. Our ideal caregiver: We'd love to have someone trained in CPR and first aid for a full time nanny. We've never had a nanny before (she was in daycare before COVID) but we're mainly looking for someone who will care for her and be her best friend while we're working. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter. Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.
