My husband and I are doctors with non-traditional schedules. Our nanny needs will primarily based around my work schedule of 7 days of work followed by 7 days off. We will only need a nanny for the weeks I am working (i. e. the nanny would have every other week off). The start dates of each work week are variable but will be known ahead of time (example: Tues through Mon one week; Thurs through Wed another week; each week known several months in advance). Typically, my works hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with some flexibility. Guaranteed 60 hrs/work week with up to 20 additional hours. Open to nanny-share. This schedule could be ideal for someone who wants to travel or have a good chunk of time off! Our baby is due in September, and we will need childcare starting on or around January 1, 2020. We are moving to Philadelphia in July 2020.
