They're pretty independent. They might ask for something every now and again but they're not very needy. Our ideal caregiver: I just want the caregiver to be able to be on time. And possibly be able to make breakfast for my kids. Nothing special a bowl of cereal will do just fine sometimes they don't even want anything to eat for breakfast so it might not even be a problem. However lunch is a must. Additional needs include having a reliable car, a non-smoker.
