Recurring Nanny For 1 & 4 Yr Old In Gig Harbor

My wife and I are looking for a nanny to provide care to our two daughters - 4 and almost 1 years old. We are just starting the process of hiring a nanny and still trying to determine what would best suit our needs. With that being said, we would love to find an experienced caregiver who we can collaborate with to structure the partnership. Prefer willingness to help with transportation, housekeeping, meal prep, etc. We have a 6-year-old golden retriever who loves to play fetch and lounge on the couch.
