About the job
Our 15-month-old typically goes down for a nap between 12-12:30 until 2:30-3. My wife needs to be at work sometime around 1-2 p.m. Normally Ive been able to get home to watch him, but I recently started a new role at work that makes it more difficult for me to get back until 3-4.
