24-32 Hours Care For 14 Month Old In Smithfield

We are looking for care 8 hrs/day, 3-4 days/week for our 14-Month-old. Flexible on start date and on days of the week. We definitely need care every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and the 4th day I can be flexible between Tuesday or Friday if and extra day is wanted. We have hired wonderful people in the past, but scheduling/availability they've all been temporary hires. We are hoping for someone who could commit to at least a year if possible. Thank you!
