The responsibilities are fluid and will change daily, but will involve a rotation of care for all three children. Active Supervision: Safe and loving newborn care as well as engaging toddler care. Planning and executing age-appropriate developmental activities, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, and structured playtime for our 2. 5-year-old. Teamwork with Mom: Seamlessly transitioning between caring for the toddler solo (while Mom manages the twins) and caring for the twins solo (while Mom handles the toddler or attends a work call). Workday Coverage: Providing primary, sole-charge care for all three children during the 1-2 hours per day when Mom needs to be in her office for focused work.
