I'm looking for someone who is flexible within the time listed (8-6), reliable, not always calling off multiple days a month, outgoing as in wanting to play and teach and take kid(s) outside and explore. Someone proactive and engaging to help takeoff some of this mama's mental load. We want someone who will feel like family! Mom works high demanding job from home but needs to be invisible except for as vists allow lol. Primary responsible for 18-month-old. Secondary support for 6-year-old such as pickup from bus stop, make snack. Would pay additional when watching two kids such as on days school has early release or is closed. START DATE: ASAP with time off for Christmas MUSTS: Be vaccinated. Be a US citizen or legally allowed to work in US. Non smoker. OTHER: two house cats
