Nanny/Long-term Sitter Needed For My Child In Front Royal

We're looking for a long-term babysitter to care for our daughter Mon-Thurs and every other Fri in our home while my husband and I are working. We're not really looking for someone to help raise our daughter the way a nanny would, but we are looking for someone more long-term and consistent than a babysitter. Basically, we're looking for someone who will do daycare in our home. I work from home fulltime and my husband works from home every other Friday. You would be doing basic baby care (feeding, diapers, naps), keeping her happy and entertained (playing, going for walks, no screen time), and only small baby-related chores as needed (washing bottles, throwing soiled clothes in the laundry). We have 2 cats so we will need someone cat-friendly.
