Looking For Part-time Nanny For 3 Littles!

Hello! I'm looking for a part-time nanny for my three young kids ages 4. 5, 2. 5, and 8 months old:) the two oldest are in pre-school part-time so I would need help with pick up and drop off on certain days. The other days when they're at home would involve some learning activities, reading time, going to parks and the library, going to the pool in the summer, and just playing in our backyard and keeping them active and outside as much as possible! We do not do screen time except for the rare rainy night. It's important to me that our nanny is engaged, not on her phone around the kids, and excited about children and their development. I work from home so I'm almost always around to help if necessary and I like to lend a hand if things get "wild" from time to time!
