Part-Time Nanny For Happy Easy-going 9mo, Work-from-home Parents

We are looking for a part-time nanny to come to our home and look after our easy-going 9mo daughter a few hours a day M-F while we both work from home in back office. The start day is flexible, but hoping to set something up by mid-May. A normal day might be to come by around 11 a.m. when our daughter wakes up from her first nap. Nanny would change and feed her, and then spend a few hours playing, reading, or taking her to play outside or walk in a nearby park. Around 2 p.m. they would prepare her for nap #2 and put her to bed. The ideal nanny would be able to help us encourage her independence, concentration, and develop activities that help her get real-world experiences. There is the possibility of more hours as she starts sleeping less. We will both be fully vaccinated and would prefer to work with same.
