Looking For Experienced Nanny (4 Days/week) For Infant And Toddler Starting January

Hello! We are looking for an energetic and reliable nanny to watch our 4-month-old and our toddler when he isn't at pre-school. We are looking for someone who has experience watching infants and toddlers (at the same time), structuring engaging activities, keeping a good routine/structure, drive to activities. handle naps, etc as well as light housekeeping (keeping play areas tidy, child's laundry, etc.). Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 8 a.m. to 430 p.m. (w/ some flexibility as needed); long term contract (1 year) desired Position will be paid via payroll w/ benefits (vacation, sick). We have a home w/ a screened porch and backyard, and we live in a walkable neighborhood near many parks, so there's plenty of space to play. Both parents work from home, and we have a friendly 10-year-old lab (you will not be responsible for her care).
