I have a4-month-old baby boy and am looking for some help during the day, anywhere between 2 to 5 hours, about 2 to 4 days a week depending on my schedule. Since hes only 4 months old, his routine is simple and consistent. Hes on a two-hour wake window, and during that time we do structured, developmentally appropriate play. Ill always be home while youre here. Right now, he still needs a few contact naps throughout the day, so its important that youre comfortable with that. Hes a very sweet, easy-going baby. The main duties would include playing with him, putting him down for naps, and bottle-feeding.
